Greetings! I’m Katrine Geneau, the author of Inward Bound: A Journey from Sense to Soul. It’s the title of my book, but it’s also a perfect description of my life. It all began in 1974 when a clairvoyant told me that I would write a book one day.
Me, write a book? “About what?” I asked incredulously. “Philosophy,” she told me. “But I don’t know anything about philosophy. In fact, every time I try to read a book with any philosophy in it, I fall asleep.”
She smiled knowingly.
Not long afterwards, a totally unexpected sequence of events propelled me on a remarkable journey. It consumed my life, giving it meaning and direction. It answered fundamental questions about life and death and why we’re on this planet.
As it happened, in 2014 I saw another clairvoyant. Not the same one as before. “Well, have you written your books?” she asked. I was shocked. The words of the first psychic flashed through my mind. And, I noticed she had said “books” – with an “s”.
I took the message to heart. I’d never imagined myself a writer, but I didn’t question if I had the ability to write a book. I just set to work. I now definitely had a story to tell and I needed to learn how to write and how to self-publish. I needed to learn how to market.
And so here we are. And I’m happy to share what I’ve learned along the way.
